Rewari steam shed Building

Northern Railway Heritage steam loco shed Rewari was built in year 1893. The shed presently has as a fleet of BG & MG steam locomotives. The Shed was declared as heritage site in 2003 by Minister of Railway of that time. The shed has very high rooftop with huge water tank of 3 lakh letre capacity. walls have 3ft width. During its golden active years, shed had holdings of more than 100 MG locomotives and a lot of staff was there working day and night.
